Tour Pricing & What’s Included

Legacies of London is offered on selected annual tour dates, with pricing set for each tour year.

Because hotel costs, admissions, transportation, and other travel expenses change over time, the current price is shown on each annual tour page rather than maintaining one sitewide tour price. What Your Tour Price Includes

• Hotel accommodations in our centrally located London hotel for the nights included with your selected tour.
• Entry fees to the tour activities and attractions included in the published itinerary.
• Personal group tour leadership throughout the London portion of the trip.
• Local transportation in and around Central London using London public transportation, including the Tube, buses, and other services used during the tour.
• Trip planning assistance before the tour.

Tour pricing does not include airfare or travel to and from our London hotel before and after the tour, or most meals, except those specifically identified as included for your tour.

Hotel rooms typically have two twin beds and accommodate a maximum of two guests. Single occupancy is available for an additional supplement shown on each annual tour page.

Payment Schedule and Cancellation Policy

• $200 deposit per person is required to hold your spot once registration for a tour opens.
• The deposit is fully refundable 90 days before the trip starts.
• The entire trip balance is due 60 days before the trip starts.
• Any balance paid is fully refundable 30 days before the trip starts, less the applicable deposit.
• The balance is 50% refundable if canceled less than 30 days before the trip starts.
• Payment is non-refundable if canceled less than 15 days before the trip starts.
