Your Group. Your Dates. Your London Christian Tour.
Experience Legacies of London as a private small-group tour.
Bring your church, school, ministry, family, Bible study, homeschool group, or group of friends to London for the same Christ-centered Legacies of London experience—reserved just for your group.
Private tours are available for 6–10 travelers and are priced at the same published public per-person rate for the year your tour takes place. We do not add a private-tour surcharge simply because the tour is exclusively yours.
Your private tour begins with our proven Legacies of London itinerary, with the option to substitute selected locations or activities to better match your group’s interests.

Private Without a Private-Tour Premium
A private tour should give your group flexibility and personal attention—not an inflated price tag.
6–10 Travelers
Our private London tours are designed for small groups of six to ten people, keeping the experience personal, flexible, and easy to move through the city.
Same Published Rate
Each traveler pays the published public-tour rate for the year the private tour takes place, subject to the same rooming and single-occupancy policies.
No Private-Tour Surcharge
We do not charge an additional fee simply because your group has the tour to itself.

How the Minimum Works
The minimum financial commitment for a private tour is the equivalent of six travelers at that year’s published double-occupancy rate.
If your group has fewer than six travelers, a private tour may still be possible as long as the group collectively covers the six-person minimum. For example, five travelers could divide the equivalent cost of six double-occupancy places among the group.
Single occupancy remains available at the published single supplement for that tour year. The six-person minimum is based on the standard double-occupancy tour rate; single supplements are additional where applicable.
There is no extra charge simply for making the tour private. If your requested changes add direct costs—such as additional admission fees, upgraded transportation, special guides, additional hotel nights, or other expenses beyond the standard tour—those costs would be included transparently in your group proposal.
Start with Legacies of London. Make It Your Own.
The default private-tour itinerary follows the same core Legacies of London experience as our public tours: Christian history, biblical archaeology, creation science, museums, churches, and London’s iconic landmarks. Your group may request selected substitutions so the trip reflects your interests without losing the pace and purpose of the tour.
Customize Selected Experiences
Customization normally means substituting selected stops rather than continually adding more to an already full itinerary. Together we can shape the trip around the interests of your group while keeping the experience enjoyable and realistic.

London Culture & Literature
Possible substitutions might include the British Library Treasures Gallery, the Sherlock Holmes Museum, Abbey Road and the famous crossing, or other places connected with your group’s interests.

Expanded Christian History
Spend more time exploring the Wesley brothers and Methodist history, Reformation sites, churches, Christian leaders, missionaries, reformers, or other themes important to your group.

Royal & Historic London
Depending on availability and logistics, your group may wish to emphasize royal palaces, additional historic landmarks, more museum time, or other London experiences.
Who Are Private Tours For?
Private tours are a natural fit for groups that already know one another and want to experience London together with a shared purpose.
- Churches and ministry teams
- Christian schools, colleges, and universities
- Homeschool groups and co-ops
- Bible studies and small groups
- Families and extended families
- Groups of friends
- Pastors, leaders, and special-interest groups
Because we intentionally keep private groups between six and ten travelers, the experience remains conversational and personal rather than becoming a bus-tour version of London.

How Private Tour Planning Works
1. Tell Us About Your Group
Let us know your approximate group size, preferred year and dates, group type, and the interests that make a private tour appealing.
2. Confirm Dates & Availability
Private tours are subject to guide, hotel, attraction, and logistical availability. We require at least six months of planning time; nine to twelve months is strongly recommended.
3. Shape the Itinerary
We begin with the published Legacies of London itinerary and discuss any selected substitutions or areas your group would like to emphasize.
4. Receive Your Group Proposal
Once dates and requested changes are workable, we confirm the group price, any direct customization costs, payment schedule, and the next steps for each traveler.
Private Tour Questions
Can we choose any dates we want?
You may request preferred dates, but all private tours are subject to availability. Dates are not confirmed until we have verified the guide, hotel, attractions, and practical logistics for the trip.
Can we completely redesign the itinerary?
The published Legacies of London itinerary is our starting point because it has been designed to balance teaching, sightseeing, transportation, meals, and walking. We are happy to discuss selected substitutions and areas of emphasis, but every request must fit the available time and practical realities of London.
What if we have only four or five travelers?
A smaller group may still book privately by collectively covering the financial equivalent of six travelers at that year’s published double-occupancy rate.
What if we have more than ten people?
Our private-tour model is intentionally designed for a maximum of ten travelers. Larger groups require different transportation, lodging, ticketing, and guiding logistics and would need to be considered separately.
Does a custom itinerary cost more?
There is no surcharge simply because the tour is private or because we help tailor selected experiences. Additional cost applies only when requested changes create additional direct expenses beyond the standard tour.
Do you arrange our flights to London?
No. As with our public tours, travelers arrange their own transportation to and from London. This allows each person to choose airlines, points, schedules, and any travel before or after the group tour.

Start Planning Your Private London Christian Tour
If you already have a group in mind, tell us who you are, approximately how many people may travel, your preferred dates or year, and anything you would especially like your tour to include.
One group coordinator should serve as the primary planning contact while we work through dates and itinerary details. Once the trip is confirmed, individual traveler registration and payment arrangements can be handled separately.
